School Hours

It is essential that you get your children to school in good time.

Breakfast Club Available From	8.00am daily
School Starts	8.50am
KS1 and Year R Lunch	12.00 – 1.00 pm
KS2 Lunch	12.15 – 1.15 pm
School Day Ends	3.20pm

Total 31hrs 40 mins per week.

There is a 15-minute interval during the morning session for both Juniors and Infants.

Children should NOT arrive at school before 8.40am unless they are using the breakfast club, which opens at 8am. All children enter school through the the back entrance (by the hall) at 8.40am and go straight to their classrooms.

At the breakfast club children are able to buy a breakfast of cereal, toast and a drink at a cost of £2.75.

Please ensure that your child is collected punctually at 3.20pm. If you are unexpectedly delayed or if someone else is collecting your child, please inform the school beforehand. Please note that there is a charge for Late Collection (Please see Late Collection Policy). All KS1 and Year R pupils must be collected from  their classroom doors by their parent or a nominated adult who knows the child. if new adults come to collect pupils we will telephone parents to confirm their identity. All KS2 pupils must be collected from the playground, so that the teacher can see who collects them. Year 6 children who have permission to walk home will be released through the front door of the school, but they must leave the site and make their way home immediately. Permission to walk home must be in writing and handed in to the school office and is not allowed in the winter months. Pupils in KS1 classes are not allowed to walk home alone and must be collected by someone who is at least 16yrs, unless a parent has expressed in writing that a younger secondary aged pupil can collect.
